Note: First bedroom photo in the MLS listing is of the master bedroom, followed by a photo of the walk-in closet. In this photo, you can see the door that goes to the master bath. There's another photo of a room with a couch/air conditioning unit - this is office space (referred to as OT - other room - in the listing). The last photo taken in the room series has a corner unit/love seat. There's a big closet in this room, so we'd use this as a guest room or one of the kid's rooms. There are 4 bedrooms total - all a nice size.

Another so-so photo, but we wanted you to see how the kitchen meets the living room space. Our neighbor thinks bringing the cabinets to the ceiling would benefit the space.

The finished portion of the basement is designed in an L-Shape. Around the corner from Lauren and Will is another finished section with a pool table. There are 3 closets down here, too. As you can see, no baseboard heating at the moment (they're using space heaters). Ceiling needs to be finished.

Keep in mind, the photos don't do justice to how large the basement room is presently. Here's a shot of the unfinished portion. There is more than enough storage in this house. You can see the furnace and the Cylinder for the solar hot water. The oil tank is in one of the closets in the finished section.

Partial view Laundry/Mud Room:
I included this photo, so you could see the entry door to the garage. Basement steps are on the opposite side of the wall (where coat rack is hanging). What you can't see here is the large coat closet, and the full-size bath on the opposite end of the room.
Backyard Landscaping:
The listing photos don't show much of the backyard landscape, so I wanted to show you a bit more. This is where the garage meets the house.
The back of the yard has a path that leads into the woods. The path eventually takes you to the Royal River.
The drive way leading to the house is paved, although definitely effected by Maine winters. Lined by Maple trees. We'll negotiate this if we move forward (and we'd use our existing plow guy who lives in North Yarmouth).
Finally, a few additional shots of the fireplace (which is gas - we need to check if it can be converted) and built-ins. You get a view of the front foyer, too.
